Sunday, January 29

 Celebration of the mild winter at Pizzeria Uno at Union Station with hors d’oeuvres and wine and a beautiful view of the Capitol

Sunday February 26

 Reception at Maggiano’s Friendship Heights (just a block from the Metro station); includes a delicious Italian menu in a beautiful paneled room plus a special presentation by a local guitarist.  Don’t miss it.

Saturday, March 4

Special Event:  Cezanne Exhibit and Lunch at National Gallery  Cezanne - Natl Gallery

Sunday, March 26

 Reception at the historic Old Ebbitt Grill in downtown D.C. featuring guest speaker Admiral William J. Sunday, April 30

 Spring walk through Rock Creek park—rain or shine—led by an expert in the streamside flora and fauna.  A picnic will follow at a nearby house.

Sunday, May 21

 Visit to an historic manor in rural Maryland with expert speaker to explain the significance of house and grounds; a spring buffet will be offered. .    CANCELLED

Ivy Singles Plus, sponsored by the Yale Club of Washington, is an organization of mature single men and women who are graduates of Ivy League and other premier colleges and universities.  The club organizes events in the Washington D.C. area so that members can meet together throughout the year.  Activities include receptions, summer parties, lectures, bridge clubs and special events, such as art exhibitions and concerts.  The group invites to membership over 50 singles who have an interest in participating in a variety of intellectual and stimulating social, cultural, and athletic events.
